The same Elm species?

Hello.

I was wondering if anybody could wether these to Elms are the same species.

I know for a fact that one of the trees are an Ulmus × hollandica 'Jacqueline Hillier'. But are they both that?

The tree to the left are the Ulmus × hollandica 'Jacqueline Hillier'. What is the tree to the right?


Leaves on tree to the left. The Ulmus × hollandica 'Jacqueline Hillier'


Leaves on tree to the right. The same species as number 1?

Same vein count 9-10, looks like it. Lots of weeds in Jaq, and looks rootbound? I wouldn't repot now, but next spring is good. Got some history on maintenance? Regular feeding with a typical liquid 20-20-20 cures most everything. Feeding past Oct 1st is wasted.
