A few dig ups from the tater furrows over the last two years.

First up is a squat hawthorn called "King Edward", complete with semi chop of the sacrifice.

Next is Wisteria #2 a Floribunda this time (the other I've posted before is a semi cascade Chinensis), grown in 'Japanese sweet potato style'

Another spud-u-like, a Yew, dug up last year. Needs reduction into a smaller container and de-weeding (in a shopping crate now) when my back is better.

Maybe not a tater but still a ground grown monstrosity - Blauuws Juniper in a tuber clump style, dug this year.

Katsura or the candy floss tree, thicker than my thigh, planted in a dog basket. Kept for it's amazing burgundy leaves in Spring and smells of burnt sugar in the Autumn. Need to spend time on him this year so he doesn't have Mr Potato head branching.

I have loads more but my back is saying enough - last shot of 'taters in the field'

You got quite the tater farm!
Indeed, time for a tater sale I reckon ! One last one - sangu Kaku from this year's dig fest. This is a "sentimental spud" as my dad bought it for me as a small pinkie sized tree. Nebari is around 2 hand spans wide.

Collected 2017. Planted in Garden. Dug an hour ago and potted.
Dead Mossed.

I love how the glaze crawl and drip flows with the curve of the live vein.
