Anyone else seen any of these yet? Sorry for the photo quality, it's from my phone. Ideas on how to deal with them would be appreciated too.

Can you catch them? If you can catch them you can kill them. Too often we resort to chemical pesticieds when alternitives are available and perhaps better such as to hose them off with the garden hose.
