What is the best soil mix if you have to plant a collected oak (quercus robur) into the ground after collection?

If you are planting in the ground then the soil is what you have.
Extra sand or compost can be added depending on the soil type but basically ground growing is using the soil you have.
Digging a hole in soil and filling with completely different soil mix is asking for trouble. Roots and water do not like to cross a defined boundary from one sort of soil to another. Holes in clay soils tend to act like a pond and collect water.
Growing in the ground is vastly different to pots. There is no need for coarse, well drained mix. The soil itself takes care of all that. Look at trees growing anywhere. They do really well in all sorts of soils.
