Transform cypress lemon into bonsai

Hello everyone,
My name is George and I am from Europe, from Romania. Recently I discovered the bonsai passion. Since December 2018 I am growing an Eastern white cedar. And now I bought an lemon cypress and I want to transform it to an bonsai. I don't know how to do that. Can you help me with advices? Thank you

For the health of the tree I would recommend putting them outside.
