I really appreciate all the information I am going to put it in a grow pot and work on the taper and branching I’m just kinda lost as to where I want to cut it I would like some low branching and movement . Here are a few pictures I would like to lean towards what do you think ?

9?
A trunk chop will usually give you a change of trunk movement. It will often also stimulate some new buds to sprout for side branches.
I can see 2 good option to chop this.
Slightly lower chop to an existing branch. I've used this photo for the virt even though I think the other side gives a better view of the roots. This pic shows the branch I'm aiming at better for the virt. Olive shows future trunk or something like that. I would hope to get the new part a bit thicker than my virt but that will depend on your patience. Pink is an optional lower branch. If you get a bud to grow use it to grow this branch. If there's an existing branch use that. If you have no branches you could try approach grafting with a long shoot from above while the new apex is growing out.
I just checked the other side of the tree and there is already a branch in exactly the right spot for a low branch from that side so you can probably ignore the added pink branch on this side other than to give you an idea of the height.

Slightly higher chop as talked about earlier but here I have added the new trunk and thickened it a little. All branches can probably be made with existing branches here.

Either of these options will give something similar to the first 2 pics if you have the time and patience and manage to see the project through.

Next year I'd think about doing some heavy work on the nebari.

Yes I was planning on putting it in a shallower but bigger training pot and fill some of the gaps on the Nabari with fine roots
