UK accessible fungicide and insecticide

Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today....

Whoops, wrong speech.

Just looking for any of your recommendations or personal experiences with regularly applied fungicide or insecticide, accessible of course in the UK.
Expanding discussion also to specially used ones that are perhaps more powerful but aren't ideal for a systematic treatment.

This was only because it was in front of me whilst at the shop, and was more for my vegetables. But, better than nothing to use on trees too. I wanna sort myself out with something good, has some reliability to use for years and do it systematically. Have never used a fungicide.

Both companys make a version of both fungicide and bug killer and they are concentrated so make a lot of litres.
They seem to work for me.

i use the bayer group stuff also, the fruit n veg bug killer and the fungicide, the ready done spray bottles. in winter and in spring as the buds begin to burst i use a Lime sulphur wash http://bonsai4me.com/Basics/Basics Bonsai MythsLimeSulphur Page3.html

ive not seen a single caterpiller this year, no aphids no green flys. no fungus on leaves, no mildew, trees are all thriving

ps if i see signs of aphids/greenfly ill use a drop of fairy diluted in spray bottle. few sprays does the job.

Solid suggestions! Bayer Group stuff does certainly seem the one... Guess you save money by buying the concentrate and mixing your own. Might have to buy a few spray bottles...
I remember reading that page Bobby, a while ago. Paid it no attention at the time, was a much younger sapling at the time (now I'm a year older, I have wood! HA!).
Interesting though, good winter wash. Do you apply that only once or?

I mainly use various Bayer products, normally labelled 'Fungus Fighter' or similar. Also RoseClear which is a combined systemic insecticide / fungicide. Pretty much whatever they have at the garden centre that day. I tend to chop and change a bit in case a pathogen / pest is resistant to ingredients in one but not another. Not on any kind of schedule though.

I do spray on a regular basis during the growing season, and do a winter wash / spray along the lines Bobby mentions. I also spray pines and prunus with Bordeaux mix (autumn and spring).

Nothing apart from some aphid killer so far.. has been at the back of my mind so maybe it's time to start..
