Not really bonsai, but I found this tree very interesting and thought it was worth sharing. Not sure the species. The upright trunk on the left is a Criptomeria japonica.

Not sure what species the bass refers to. Found lots of matches in a google search. There are not many species. Being in the middle of the Atlantic means that freshwater fish cannot arrive here. The only native fish are eels. All others were introduced. I know there are pikes, perches and a few others.

Ah. But those are marine, not freshwater. We've got these here Epinephelus marginatus
Pretty big boys
