JudyB I understand how you feel (I have been on discussion groups/forums since the 80's) BUT I for one would really miss your comments, information and thoughts that you consistently provide. You often are a breath of fresh air. Stay or leave you are well respected and liked.

Everything about yesterdays tension was so over the top weird. Years of being a High school coach has led to so many interactions with parents that represent the craziness of their lives spilling over at me. Thank you very little, did you think treating me like dog crap was going to help...just wondering. We always joked about the best place to be a coach was at an orphanage!!

Your positive spirit verses hyper angry for no justified reason was strange to watch. When over the top displays drive away good solid people...what are we left with here?

I've blocked several people, several times...life is tough enough, there's no need for that here.

Unfortunately, there are some Pavlovian dogs who seem to only salivate with harsh words. The kind of people who usually say things like I hate drama, and drama always seems to follow me. Uh...Yeah!! It's followed by blame. Blame you , blame myself, everything but own up toi the fact that I just behaved poorly...I'm Sorry.

I'm all for apologies and forgiveness. These are great parts to the story of humanity.

However, once the cat is out of the bag, it's really hard to put them back in. Alternating between a saltwater and fresh water spring makes for no spring at all for those who can't/don't/won't bear the taste of salt.

Your trees have just reached exhibition quality, I am sure that many, including myself, would love to see them in the future. Also, 3 pages of replies have accumulated in 1/2 day in response to your leaving. Just shows how well liked and valuable you are to this forum. I hope you stay and/or do whatever makes you happy.

Hello Miss Vic.. On another note, I just noticed you have been a member here since 2006 and I, since 2009. How did you squeeze 3 years in on me.... Where was I? Oh ya, now I remember, I was getting my work decimated on Bonsai Talk..lol Ahhh Bonsai talk... It was the UFC of the bonsai world.

Judy, I would hate to see you go. I understand the reasoning if you do go. You have great trees and I will miss seeing the progressions. I have always appreciated your words of advice given, and the way you found positive things in a tree even when everyone is dogging on a tree. Im hoping this will just be a break!

I've been on other hobby boards, and the rancor on bonsai boards is among the worst. For what should be a relaxing hobby, it sure attracts a lot of nasty people.

Thanks everyone for all the thoughts, it's heartening to me that there really is a community in here.
My intent was not to garner attention, or make issue, it was just what I stated it was about, but it's really sweet of all of you.

And Rob, the reason some of my trees are at exhibition level is largely because of this forum, and the people like you who have helped me get them there. That alone is reason enough to want to continue to give back to others here...

Lets move on now, nothing to see....
