OK, I am pretty well convinced that I need to buy a couple carving bits, probably Samurai. I am having a hard time finding videos on the use of these bits and there are so many different types that I can't reach a decision as to what type I should start with. I have a credit at Superfly and they have a few bits in stock. Also there are many on eBay. Has anyone here got links to videos showing the uses of different carving bits?
I would really appreciate it if someone would pipe in here. I have been thinking of this for some time now.

Maybe not a video, but Graham put together a pretty good page to get you started:

what they said really. to break it down, one bit for bulk wood removal then a a smaller bit for detailing. with the above, one should be able to compare to similar shaped bits available in the US, but im sure kaizen ship overseas so sorted.
