Just watched Alfred Hitchcock's Lifeboat this morning.

"Musicals" is something I really hated when I was in my pre-teens, they looked so artificial, so 'corny'.

Later, I saw "West Side Story". Except from one or two songs, I found it rather boring, cheesy. But soon after, "The Wizard of Oz" really turned me on

I suppose you in the US have watched this film dozens of time :

Dark Star. This is one of those movies that is so bad and takes itself so seriously it is hilarious. I recommend watching it dosed on psilociban.
