Virtual japanese bonsai!

I can't find the English file to download, and the Japanese language files won't work on my PC (I can download the fertilizer just fine ). If anyone can locate this game/simulation, I'd love to try it out!

Virtual Bonsai

I seem to recall having this one my computer back in the mid nineties. Haven't a clue as to where I got it. Hope someone comes up with an answer.
