I have no experience, no knowledge. I bought a bonsai from lowes on sale for 5$ a couple months ago, no idea what species, but the lady bugs love it.

The tree is chopped off, I learned it's probably to make the trunk thicker. I dont know how long ago it happened, or if the pot is big enough for the trunk to thicken up. How do I care for that??

It's not even march and its budding and flowering, I'm not sure what that means??

I'm attaching pictures, I would love some feedback with suggestions and information, or any form of help!

It's a Fukien Tea. Looks like one of those pots with a water wick. Be careful it doesn't stay waterlogged. Looks healthy, maybe consider getting it into better soil once it's outside. Adding your location to your profile will help others to understand your climate and give better advice.

Be careful that close to the window...could get too hot in the sun or too cold at night. As Carol said please add your location to your profile.
