Just picked up this material. Has OK movement with some aged bark, and a decent base. It was chopped pretty hard a few times, but just left to run with no structural work. Ill have some carving to do, but the stumps should heal over eventually. If not Ill make them into uro.

Anyone have any tips? Should I treat it like a common Hawthorne?

It also has this monster root coming out of the lower trunk where it starts turning up. I think I should be safe to cut it when I repot next year.

Gave it a super minor cut back to shape, and plan on fertilizing as the percolation of soil was good.

Design ideas welcome.
