I'm 99% sure this is American elm

If you look closely, the leaves are twice-serrate. Each leaf tooth has two notches. Siberian elms are once-serrate.

Siberian and rock elms have dark bark...

Parvifolia has reddish hues on new bark.

Cedar and Winged have wings..

Slippery has fuzzy twigs and fuzzy, red buds....

This is AE.

The "good ones" behave very nicely for bonsai.

(also... American Elms leaves are quite rough ((like cat's tongue... Siberians are considerably more smooth,but still a tad "rough"))
