What’s better than discount trees?

Well free trees of course.

If picked these two up for as well as another tree but it doesn’t have any leaves so I’m going to post it since I have no idea what it is

I believe both of these are Alders based on the leaves and fruit. Not sure which but if nothing else it can be practice fodder. Honestly I grabbed them for the base as they both havd great looking trunks.

I was also given a small Norway spruce as well. Unfortunately I didn’t find what I was looking for but I’m still happy I visited the nursery.

Yes a local nursery has a tendency as the year goes on to build a scrap pile and it’s all free. Unfortunately most of the stuff doesn’t have tags so some of it is guess work to know what you have.
