What’s your thoughts on this Elm

I got this tree for $100 from Brussels on Amazon. Considering they offered free 2 days shipping I’m not all that disappointed. What can I do to this tree to improve it? I appreciate any suggestions.

Think I'd layer the straight part off first.

Use the moving base and the straight as 2 trees.

Layer or cuttings all the branches on the straight part when it's established, to allow the top only growth to fix the transition.

Make a forest out of the branches.
