What are these 2 plant names?

I found these in a store but they didn't have the names. Can anyone tell me please. Thanks!!!

I believe the first is a sago palm and the second is a ginseng ficus.

I agree with Barry. First one is probably cycas revoluta and the second one is a ficus of some sort.

Really, no offense at all. I'm a bit ashamed to say I bought several trees like these at a local department store myself, but if you're really serious about bonsai you will want to save your money and buy some good books first and good material second. Good luck!
