What happens if one wires the branch in a way that all leaves are upside down?

New shoots sprouting:

notice your branch tip appears to be lower than the middle of the branch. This is known hormone response in some trees to back bud when the auxin filled tip is lowered. In the olive bonsai book by Font, Arnaud, and Jeker, they use it as a training technique.

I'm sorry I missed this post the first time around. Obviously the solution is simple - you must export the tree to a country on the other side of the Earth.
