Has anybody heard of a variety of Shimpaku juniper called "Well House". Is this a common variety?

Thanks

I have, from time to time, run across some "hell house" junipers ... but have only seen a single image tagged a well house juniper. So my guess is no...but if its a shimpaku and its in your price range....whats not to like.

Hi Tom, Thanks for the reply. I am wondering because for a forest setting I think smaller foliage would be better. "Kishu" shimpaku may have tighter foliage ( would have to order). I don't know about Well House shimpaku ( I can get locally from one of my club members). Here are some photos of the pot I would like to use. 36" X 14" X 3".

Dav, Foliage looks tight to me on this young Well House.....couldn't imagine a shimp with out good foliage worthy of a bonsai..........I would suggest you pick your clubbies brain about this species if you have concerns.
