Yes it is. Find a systemic insecticide and treat in the recommended cycle. Probably 3 treatments.

HOPE it is 3 treatments. I've done like 5 (Imidacloprid) with my two juniper that got scale and while they have improved they still have it. Planning to hit with Safari this week.

For the jillionth time I'll recommend....

Have used for 2 years now and not ONE aphid ....or.... scale. My olives were summer camp for scale.

AND.... it feeds.. :)

Friggin expensive, though!
My bottle cost me about $130. I have many many plants I spray. Started using it in December inside and now outside. Based upon current use I think I have used about $20 worth. If I can get 3 years out of a bottle I am pleased but it looks like I will get 5 or 6 years out of a bottle.
