What is this?

Hey all! Dumb question, but what kind of seedling do I have growing here? I found it as a volunteer in one of my flower pots and it seems to be growing like crazy. Sorry for the bad pics, I tried to get one of the trunk and one of the leaves, after all it is 11:30 here. Trunk picture isn't good, I know, don't shoot me please. Thanks all!

I would bet that it is a river birch. Any big ones nearby?

There are no thorns on it. And yes, you are probably right that it is a River Birch. There is a big one nearby. There is also an elm and I figured it would be an elm. Thanks for your help!
