I see these small and shiny bugs under some leaves. When I touch them, they just move away very slow. I'm hitting everything with pesticides, just curious what they are.

Please do not continue "hitting everything with pesticides"! Not positive, but this looks like a black lady bug - not all lady bugs are red and black - they are not harmful.

There are more plant "beneficials" than plant pests. Some you may not recognize and others you may have wrongly decided are bad, could be beneficial bonsai care helpers!

This is good ladybug info: https://www.quora.com/Why-are-ladybugs-red-with-black-spots

The pics aren't great nor my eyes but they could be some type of shield bug nymph, especially if they have some small shiny different colour dots on them.
