What kind of pine is George selling?

I've seen this tree listed on the bay for the longest time now. It looks as if he has included some update photos. He doesn't know the exact name of the species. The needles remind me of those Stone Pines seen around Christmas. The price is a little steep, but it looks like it could make a nice sumo one day.

Quinten (Intreegued) That would be my guess also.

Looks like an Italian Stone Pine-P.Pinea to me. Ernie Kuo is one of the few people I know who made a nice bonsai from one. There was a article in Bonsai Today- bet Brian's index can help you find it.

He definitely has some really good J.Black Pines.
