Mmm, crunchy. Kimchi really is pretty easy, just takes a bit of time to get it all ready to assemble. I'll post up a pic once its all together.

Sorry not to add meaningfully to this thread, but how in the world have I missed this thread over the years?! I'll be back w/ Pizza, burgers, pulled pork, chicken, and ribs. And the occasional/seasonal turkey. (I've just cleaned out the pictures on my phone.)

What is that? I do not think I have ever before come across this?
Set a potato on top of a wooden spoon and make thin slices. The spoon keeps you from slicing all the way through. Brush with butter or stick thin pats in between the slices. Bake for an hour at 425. When they're tender, you can put cheese in between the slices and let it get gooey and top with bacon if you really want to raise your cholesterol.

I actually do. At y last healthcheck I was given a fysiological age 15 years below my actualy age. One problem only really: Too low cholesterol. DId not know it was possible!
Then the butter, cheese and bacon are health foods for you! (unless you're vegan, then they are 🤬) 😇

I was personally invited by a young lady with learning disabilities to come eat at her school's restaurant as part of her finals.

Quail eggs, duck and veggies served with some sweet balsamico as the main course.

She did great! And I felt awesome for being asked to be the brother she never had.

Christmas at the in-laws can only mean one thing.....Cookies!

All 100% made from scratch icing included. Two different types of sugar cookie, one with icing one without. Two different types of chocolate chip, one in a heavy butter cookie the other a more traditional chocolate chip. The last being the butter cookie with peanut butter chips.
