Ah, nice. I would think it would be a rare sight to see hemlocks, Tsuga, in Chile. Nice find.

The problem is it requires too much coldness for me to have it at home. I found this close to where there is nothofagus all around. So a friend that lives in colder areas took it.

definitely a hemlock. I didn't know they made it down that far south.
