When is the right time to move things out from winter storage?

I've been keeping my tropical trees in my shop. The shop has limited sunlight from just one East facing window. I supplemented with one 100 W LED 6000K flood light. The set up seems to work since all my tropical trees live and put on some slow growth.

Soon things will warm up around my part. I am now wondering when I should take my trees out. I'm thinking about taking them out when the night time low temp goes above 38 deg F and the temperature is high enough for root growth. What do you think?

I wait until nighttime temps are consistently 50 or above. I put them in the shade for a week, to get them acclimated to the increased sunlight.
Thank you. I think I'll do that. It probably will take only 3 additional weeks.

i leave mine outside in full sun all year long unless the night is going to dip under 30. You can put them back out straight in full sun. some leaves will yellow and drop but if your only developing, who cares.
