I noticed he wasn’t on the Farm to Table event going on regarding field grown material. Also , don’t know if anyone knows or if anything changed, but is Troy still there I haven’t seen him or heard him on podcasts like I used to.

That event is apparently focused on starter and young material (as well as celebrating Telperion Farms). Ryan doesn't do starter stuff.

Troy is still there, he mostly does purchasing communications for Mirai.
