What are these white spots on my newly collected bristle cone pine?View attachment 303020
If I recall correctly from a Mirai stream, this is normal for a bristle cone and is like old sap or something? Don’t remember exactly but it looked quite a lot like this. I think this is probably just a normal peculiar trait of bristlecones.

Look up old bristlecone streams in Mirai if you have access to Mirai, should probably make what I’m saying make more sense. 😂

As said perfectly normal on Pinus aristata/Rocky Mountain Bristlecone. Some have more few have less. Does pic of whole tree exist?

Show us some pics of the whole tree! I love bristlecones :) In case you don't already know, you need to do some maintenance on that guy :)
