Whitefly and Aphid

I have whitefly and aphid on some ornamentals in my yard near my bonsai. A few of my maples, azalea, and bald cypress are being chewed on. I have tried the soap/hi velocity water spray but still have them. What insect control do you suggest?

How often are you spraying? Bear in mind that even though you are spraying and eliminating the adults, you still have to contend with the eggs and subsequent larvae. This means that you will have to spray more frequently usually over the course over a 4-6 day period.

I use hi pressure water daily and used soap twice 5 days apart.
