Willow leaf cutting

Here's a little nerifolia/salicaria/salicifolia/rubberbabybuggybumpers that was a cutting off a clump I found in a regular nursery a couple years ago. Potting angle and placement are not the best, I just made do with what roots there were. Any comments or ideas welcome.

Looks to me like a very good start. You might consider a larger pot while you work on developing the top. That'll help the trunk and give you some roots to work with, too when you transplant.
