I got this tree in 2008 from one of the local bonsai stores. Here's what it looked like before I did anything to it. (I was actually good with this one.. normally I forget to take pictures and just start chopping branches.. LOL)





I repotted it in a white Sara Rayner pot with a different front right after I took the first picture. I use 100% diatomite for soil.





But I didn't like the way it looked so I chopped off everything... LOL




Here's what it looked like in 2010.




This is what it looks like now in the winter of 2014 without its leaves.

A couple of years ago, I put it in this Tokoname pot and wired some of the branches down. I really like the way it looks now. I'm still working on the long skinny branch on the left.

 
Looks like you've managed to get some good ramification in the branching. I think it would look better with a little more length in the branching, especially the bottom most branches.

The lower left branch is actually pointing towards the front. It's kind of hard to see in this angle. That's why I'm growing that long branch on the left in the back. :D
