Wisteria in central MD, too big to ship

This wisteria was dug from a late club member's property in approx 2011. I have had it in a container since then. The foliage it produces is routinely lush. I looked at it for years without a good idea for design, until last summer. It has never bloomed for me, but it is going to be 7 years in a container this year. Rumor has it that 7 yrs is what it takes in a pot to bloom. The root spread at the soil line is about 4-1/2", the tree stands over 24" tall. Pics with foliage are 2 or 3 years ago.

Asking price is $200. Pickup between Baltimore and Frederick MD.
