Snagged this pic from the Net.e50b3182b64c2bd9277c1997f960df8b.jpg
Fire top right, Flame path Blue arrow.

My shift was the last of a little over 48 hour firing, reaching 2200 degrees at the probes. Cone 12/13 in front 9/10 in back.

Half unloaded. A few artists!

I put Greenware in, thin, and not necessarily clay bodies for woodfire.

So 2/6 made it out well.
Here is one. Unglazed porcelain that came out flashed and clear crackle ash glazed.20190314_124157.jpg

Impressed with the texture of my training pots! Cracked but Beautiful.
Buff...unglazed. Now ash glazed and amazing!

A woodfire clay that flashed better but cracked.20190314_124227.jpg

More.

This Firing went about 14 hours longer than the last, leaving everything with way better color, having glossed up even sheltered surfaces.

I'm going to post these for sale here. Shipping included to U.S.
I must charge Actual Shipping out of U.S.
First Dibs out here secures, then PM me.

Working on getting back to work for myself after the stint at the clay supplier, your support is greatly appreciated.

My personal favorite.

Architectural Rectangle. Porcelain. 5 3\4 x 5 x 1 3\4in. with a 3\4in lip.

Fired on it's side, this took on enough ash to give it a crackle glaze over most of the surface, which shows yellow, even light blue where thick.
A wonderful backdrop to a bright fruit.
What better move toward a one of a kind shohin display than with a one of a kind pot?

My other personal favorite. LOL!

3 5/8 x 2 7/8 x 1 7/8in Dragon Pot.

The fire really breathed life into this pot. Slab Built and Hand Carved, the crackle blue glaze looks old.
Another wonderful eye grabber.

$80 This pot ended up with some seam cracks that got safely glassed up, but the interior has minor non-structural cracks that might still take water and cause problems if not properly cared for.

Another Small Accent Piece. 4 1/2 x 3 1/4 x 1 1/4in.
The Blue was an underglaze meant to just darken the carved lines. The fire simply had other plans, blowing ash glaze onto it, pulling the colorant where it wanted and reducing it to a magnificent blue.
This Porcelain is almost 100% glazed. Mortals call this a happy accident. The Kiln Gods disagree.

A coil-built Sorceround. 4 1/2 x 1 1/2in.

Unmistakably Wood-Fired, this is a great little pot to add points;), to your display. An inexpensive way to bring the prestige of hand-built wood-fired ceramics to your table, the judge will notice.

4 x 3 x 1 coil built oval.

Sporting the Yellow Ash Blast Patch, a testament to the long fire, this is another unmistakably wood-fired pot.
Toasted to perfection, it will warm your soul, and transition your display.

6 1/8 x 5 1/4 x 2inch Porcelain Rectangle. 3/4in lip.

This one had a little different treatment. The carvings were painted with my backyard clay/weed ash mixture. Again pulled out and deposited and finished as the fire pleased, with differences depending on location.
Fired Upside Down Atop another^ I'll post later, the bottom is completely glazed, with gorgeous light purple and yellow feet bottoms. On the area around the lip that changes from ash glazed to dry, there is a gold sheen, and an oil drip rainbow color near the carved section.

$120
