Grown at my brother’s side walk. Has been cut down multiple times. Has red fruits I am told. I think it is some kind of Rosacae.

Looks like a bush honeysuckle to me. There are several varieties that have naturalized in the U.S. They can make good bonsai, but only if they have substantial trunks.
