Thanks LeoLooking good.
Good point...I had kind of wondered that. I have not placed my roots on anything for this technique. So I wasn't sure if this was another option.Am curious about the holes in the material used. What make you think the roots will not grow down?
That mesh only to guide the nebari direction. once the nebari grow into the desire size, it will be cut back again around the trunk base roughly 10-15mm from the base. with that, i can have nebari(with this, i can have another 2smaller root seen at the end of that nebari "if lucky", to make the tree look stronger) only appear at the top part of the soil and regrow the feeder root (rootballs).Am curious about the holes in the material used. What make you think the roots will not grow down?
Really developing rapidly, very nice, you really know what you are doing.
where do you live dude?
You seem to have the most favorable growing conditions on the entire site ??
Awesome little tree by the way!
Thanks Gdy2000Very well done and thanks for sharing! Curious, do you have similar nebari development processes and results with other species of trees?
Thanks VinAll I can say is I'm impressed!
from Borneo
Thanks.Awesome!!!!
Great progression!!! Was it difficult to remove from the mesh it was attached to in a previous photo?
Fun little tree!!
