Hey everyone I wanted to see if anyone had information on potential licenses or permits to collect Yamadori in the state of Colorado? maybe a seasonal collection or particular area of the state? Any information here would be much appreciated!

Check with the ranger district for any US Forest Service land you might be interested in. They’re called wilding permits. Also check BLM land.

First advice was accurate. If memory serves the first available permits will be available April 1. NM as well.

Cost is usually $5-10 per tree. Max 10. Usually limited species depending on which district.
