Young Juniperus "old gold" styled

I bought this juniperus pfitzeriana "old gold" a year ago.



Uppoted six months ago, and styled last month :



I'm not trying to fuse those two trunks, but I'm wondering what will happen in the future if I keep those wires at the base of the trunks.....
