Hey everyone, im newer to the bonsai scene and new to bonsai nut as well.
A little backround, I went to school for graphic design moved to florida and held a job for six years... I have always been interested in bonsai and have had a couple non succesful attempts. I didnt really do much research and kept the trees inside. (we all know how that worked out!). I recently lost my job of six years due to them closing the doors and have fou nothing but part time work. I never realized how much was inolved in this hobby until the latest venture. I am trying to do everything right with lots of research and right equipment.
I was curious if their is any interest in having original artwork (drawing/colored pencils) of your trees. It would help me make a little extra money for the hobby and I think you guys would really enjoy the artwork. I do not have any examples so I am going to do one artwork free to show how it would look.
I picked a number one through 10 so the first ten pictures posted if yours is the number i picked i will draw your tree for free, (one photo per member). if you like what i have drawn than all i ask is you pay the shipping to recieve it to your door. in return i can post the picture here to show other members the type of artwork I can do.
Please let me know who may be intereted in something like this. I would probably charge 40 to 100 depending on the amount of work involved. matting and framing would also be available at an extra charge.
