Hi
Curious as to if it's normal for my zelkova to still be holding on to 20% of its leaves ? Granted we have only got below 32 deg 1 times so far with an avg temp of around 50 17680390-4F2C-4587-BA3E-CFFE278FE96C.jpeg3996AF90-B626-4773-B785-E3361CE42272.jpegthe tree is still in dormancy right ?

lol. I thought that were pieces of bacon!
Lol. Yea those Little Rock's don't work for me either. I'm going to put a black piece of Japanese seriryu volcanic rock in their place when I find one that fits the space. The whole inside of the tree is hollow I believe it's has maybe 2 live veins running on the outside supporting the branch's now. Got to be over 50 years old judging by the bark. Peter Chan told me he thought maybe 50-60. It was imported back in the 80s. Anyway thanks guys. I feel better now
