One of my ficus Pandora has dropped major leaves. I believe it caught a draft from a leaky window near my grow lights. From all i have read ficus are pretty hardy and it should bounce back. I further secured the draft so hopefully that will not reoccure .

I drove home with my big ficus on the roof at 32 degrees, it didn't look that bad....

I would guess it may be something else.

Lessin you woke up with icicles in your stache!

Maybe.

Just in case of the worst I picked up another Ficus Pandora very much like it. Hopefully it will survive and i will replant them both in shallower baskets.

Thanks Sorce. It maybe just dry or something been watering it regularly.

Yeah noticed you smoke the Green ones I go for the Reds

It's a cultivars name for a weeping benji ficus type

Your problem is the soil. It's far too compacting and water retentive. Pull back on the water, increase the light it gets, and let it dry out some.

Thanks Ryan. Would it be a good thing to slip pot it now in some bonsai soil.

If it's stinks like a dirty turtle tank.
