I always hated fighting the hose tending the landscape to the point I haul a bucket and a watering can about to water my trees. Going to put them away...for this is grand! And do nozzle watering other than what is up on the deck. It's amazingly light weight and don't kink. And gathers to put away so easily!

And...made in the USA!

Ive tried several of these on the market - they all pop within a few months for me.
This brand? It has a five year warrantee...So I'm good...Got it from where we buy our supplies...so it's on record of date purchased. I'm not worried...It's so light...and easy to manuver.

I don't buy a hose unless it has a lifetime warranty. 10 years ago I bought one at Home Depot, and took it back with a receipt and bar code. It was the talk of the place that morning.

Manager told me "We don't sell that hose any more" I said, "Well, YOU sold it to ME, and its lifetime guaranteed so get me a replacement". Which he did, but this one is NOT lifetime guarantted. I guess if it breaks, I have an argument on my hands because I expect a replacement for life.

Same dem receipts!

I use those crappy green coiled hoses and have had to replace them about every year. They would always spring a leak. I decided to try to keep them cool instead of baking in the sun all day and am on the third season with the three im using now. I simply took an old bedsheet and built a shade cloth to keep it shaded during the day and seems thats all it took to get more life from them. The coiled hoses are so handy i was willingto pay the money to replace them yearly for the time and hassle saved from using them its nice not having to roll them up etc everytime i used.

I would be tempted to buy these as well...even if the lifespan isn't 5 years. I don't have to struggle with it...it's light weight...and, easy to put away. Win/win...makes watering a breeze. When I used to get so frustrated with the darn hose.

Same. Light in weight, but a PITA because they pop when in use...right when you need them the most.
I blew out 2 in a few weeks at the new house pulling them across the brick stairs and gravel, won't buy another.

Same brand? I've seen cheaper products...this one was of higher monetary value. So I as hoping it would last longer. We shall see...would suck if that the case. Because I do like the maneuverability of this hose.

Cool, and I bet with normal use it will serve you just fine. What I immediately noticed an that are the end-fittings, they look well made. I always have a problem with the ends so that makes this unit tempting.

Here's what it says about the fittings...I am curious how this product will last. Because I've never found a hose that wasn't a pain in the arse to drag about. This one I liked from the get go.

Thank you. As I said with normal use it should be just fine. Myself I setup the hoses here so I don't have to drag them anywhere and the pretty much lay on the ground tucked along the foundation all year. Do they mention it being an "all-weather" hose? Curious for my application - sorry to be a pain

Not sure...it mentions
  • Pliable inner core prevents kinking
  • Remains flexible in cold weather to 35 Degrees
  • Easy to maneuver
  • Coils easily for storage.

I did not keep the box. It was an afterthought to grab photos of the two sides that I did before tossing the box into the dumpster at the lake. There was more info on each side. But felt I could find info online if I needed more. I'm smitten with it...so I hope it lasts.

You know they put a spider gene in goats So they produce silk in the milk?

That would be a strong hose.

I bought a black Goodyear hose a few years ago. It doesn't kink, but it's a little on the heavy side. Wife's run over it a few times while it was full of running water with no ill effect. And it proudly displays "Made in U.S.A." all over it in big yellow letters, so things could be worse. 0 on the cool factor, 10 on the gitter done scale.
