The problem is that there are too many "news agencies" who want to make the news instead of reporting the news... accurately, I might add.

But accurate reporting of the news doesn't feed the rumour and hate mills like manufactured news does... especially when it doesn't, (or conveniently does,) fit into a political or religious agenda... LMAO...
 
You kinda ruined my fun Wireme, I wanted to see how much mileage that lil bit of misinformation was going to get... but, a stand up guy such as yourself has to stop the BS before it gets too far out of hand. :)

Nope. not at all.

But you are talking about the acts of some 150 persons out of over 1.1 Million that arrived over the previous year. So.. we are talking 1 in 6000. In response to this, laws are adjusted allowing deportation following crimes. It is no reason to block immigration of people who have lost everything a.o.t. due to our role in bombing the * out of certain parts of northern africa & the middle east. Not to take anything away from the seriousness of the crimes, but to keep things in perspective: If you do believe in primary facts, instead of alternatve facts: In the USA in 2015, 430.000 persons were sexually assaulted https://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/cv15.pdf. Yet that does not make the world news. So when it comes to crime statistics, the group of immigrants does not have an overall crime rate higher than that of the rest of the population. This with the exception of a large group of germans that re-claimed citizenship after the eastern block broke apart. That group has a MUCH higher crime rate.

I know this will result in a load of attacks again, as nobody is allowed to be critical of the President. But.. In the case of the new years assaults, we are talking about acts against woman that in some countries people can get accused with and still become president. Even though he is on tape bragging about doing just the sort of things he later is accused of. Of course, now he denies all claims, and in a situation of 2 persons one can never proove anything. But still something to perhaps have a thought about.

I am going to butt out again. Because, as a foreigner, I am of course not allowed to have an opinion. I feel like a member of the press somehow.

PS: I am not German. I just live in Germany, married to a german-romanian. Work in the Netherlands, and a Dutch voting national.

Sigh. It is not as if christianity doesn't contain the same ideas. That currently it is not acted upon as much is a much different story. It is not the religion, it is the individuals' acts. Remember that as little as a few decades ago half the world was still a colony which was also considered proper, bible-in-hand.

I can't understand why so many people, Christian or otherwise, love Bill Clinton so much.....
He's a filthy, dirty dog, who has actually committed the acts, and worse, that Trump may have joked about. Not to mention, he was impeached for lying about it.
And if Ol Hillbilly was a real, strong woman, she'd have left his ass in the 90's....
But then who's coattails could she have ridden?

Which by the way, would have been a great thing for her....
If she'd have left Bill for his infidelity and sexual escapades in the oval office, that would have made her someone who young women could look up too, as a strong, independent woman, who doesn't need a man, right? I mean, isn't that where the militant feminist left has brought us anyway? Men are the ultimate evil nowadays, right, especially the white ones, like Bill Clinton......god, it doesn't get any worse....

Thank you. I have developed a distinct distrust for almost everything I hear on the news or read online, as almost every fact can be distorted and things can be taken out of context to strengthen a given position. I personally appreciate your input here as I feel your perspective on the whole Muslim refugee dilemma is based on facts and not hysteria.
