English oak leaf blister?

Hi all,
I am new to this forum and quite green to the bonsai world!

I've bought couple of seedling/starter trees and start growing them for a better future!

One of them is an English Oak (as I live in the London, should be the best weather for he/she....don't know yet!) and I realised today that there are some strange, I guess, blisters on the leaves.

Reading online I learnt that if are just blisters, it's quite common during this period for oaks and shouldn't affect the overall health of the tree, but I just wanted to be sure and ask to someone with more experience than me...

Can you please, have a look at the photos and tell me if are blisters or something else...and anyway, how to take care of it?

Looks like you've got a combination of insect damage and maybe some galls forming. Remove the affected leaves. I would also spray with an insecticide.

In my neck of the woods we call that “tractor blight” aka mechanical damage. I don’t think it is worth removing the leaves, but a insect treatment wouldn’t hurt.

I forgot to mention that I receive them 1 week and a half ago by mail delivery, that for sure stressed a bit the tree and didn’t help probably!

Regarding insect treatment...what do you suggest?

I still think it is mechanical damage. I still think it should be sprayed.
Sometimes the undersides of the leaves can have diagnostic symptoms that point to a specific pest species.

Hi and welcome to the site!
As you received your oak a week and a half ago by mail delivery, why not let it recover before dosing with any chemicals? From what I can see in your photos all you have is some slight damage to leaf tips almost certainly caused by the package and postage!
Oaks are actually quite robust and naturally able to withstand and recover from minor blemishes...
