This Crepe myrtle has been coming along nicely and growing well. I decided that I need to cut it back slightly as I continue to work on thickening up some of the trunks and the ramification on the others.

I cannot believe how quickly this celtis is growing. Its growing like a weed at the moment. Right now there are buds developing everywhere so it takes an age to remove all of those first. After that it is cutting back the new growth. It is filling out nicely though.

Always look at different views. I have actually been sitting on my pc and been rotating the image around since you made me look at it like that. Always good to have other views. I am still keeping fingers crossed that it will work as a cascade. That is the worry that I have when I re pot it...

I have to agree with everyone what they have said. Being able to loose myself in my trees (especially after a long busy day) makes me feel better. Watching my trees develop and grow is a huge satisfaction for me knowing that that, is all me. I love gaining knowledge from others on my hobby...

Hi @Phillthy Right now the tree is flowering like crazy. It is a full head of beautiful pink. I am just waiting for the flowers to fall off and it is going to be repotted. Should be doing it mid October. Will definitely post pics of the process. Thanks Dorian

Thanks. The pot is not right but I am not worried about that for now. All I want to do is develop it nicely over the next few seasons. Some carving needs to be done so that you can see the inside of the trunk so that is on the agenda this season.
