Zelkova nire is Chinese elm. That name is sometimes used by importers to skirt import restrictions and sometime by (or not very knowledgeable sellers. This is a pretty good little tree. Nice structure from what can be seen. Keep an eye on watering. Dont let the soil stay soggy.
