    Zelkova serrata forests

First, they are Zelkova. All plants with this means a ph issue or a common effect from practice......bad water, chlorine,ph,too strong nutrient. As all plants are generally affected at once. Too wet and warm would affect single plants first with their problems of activating dormant plant pathogens...

    CM BONSAI!!

I will store them temporarily in bandpots before sale.....whatever is not potted right away in Spring...that way no danger of circling roots .....circling roots will endanger a transplanting out of usual season. CM BONSAI——-My Garden Activities

IN THE MONTH SINCE MY LAST POST ON THE OUTDOOR PINE SEEDLINGS THEY HAVE UNDERGONE A SIGNIFICANT SEASONAL CHANGE..... Extended season starting trees indoors

PLANTING TODAY! These will be off to a great start! I wonder if I might always just leave them mature in a flat and then do the transplanting. It may start them off better.....they get the whole root starter fertilizdr phase done in the flat and then transplanted. Anyway these are a nice deep...
