First tree is like: I ran out of cut paste and started to embrace the scars??

I really have little idea what is going on here but I am fascinated.

Of course the Kaho Satsuki has got to be one of the very best. But it was a display tree from UMich. Does anyone know if this was a Prof Melvin Goldstein product?

I liked the pitcher plant accent. I definitely want to go collect some bog plants to go with the larches I've collected at some point.

Young Choe awarded that best accent plant at the Mid-Atlantic Bonsai Show this year!

The neagari black pines in this batch were a couple of my favorites.
