Bay area: Nat'l Exposition NY anyone driving a van with space?

I am hoping to hitch a ride for my ERC that got accepted but I can't attend. I'll be happy to pay the proper fees for care and fuel and Plus Plus to take it to the show and return to CA.
If you know of anyone please let me know. PS. The tree sucks up space: 45" height so needs some headroom and the oval is 23" x 18". My little pot entry for the pot contest is only about 9"....but it will be my gift to whom ever is willing.

I can probably drive it to you here on the coast to some degree. But hoping to have someone here in the Bay Area ; Oakland/Stockton/Sacremento/Fresno/

Congrats on getting a tree accepted. Transport is the reason I don’t submit for that show. It’s so difficult and expensive.

I can take your pot if you ship it to me here in Oregon, happy to ship it back. As for the tree.. if you could get it to Portland OR we can take it but swinging down to CA is not on the way for us :/

I have found this on ebay and it is very close to the size I need: 24 x 30" and it's reasonable in cost too. This along with my "sleeping bear stone" from beach at Lake Michigan on a simple little carved stand...


AND!! the tree will need phyto-certificates from CA. Anyone know who can provide this service? (In order to get it here from MI in the first place some 8yrs ago....I had to jump through hoops/mazes and months of paper work with MI Dept Ag and CA Dept Ag in cahoots with one another. I still have those papers but I doubt that they'd accept them at the border coming home....)

What day will you want my tree to be arriving at your place in Portland should I accept your most kind offer? I'm thinking that no one here in the N. CA has responded and I'd like to get a heads up on the drive.
