Can I trim this flamboyant tree seedling to promote new growth

The middle one came out struggling and was wondering if I should trim the top of it to promote new growth? Not sure how that works, would I cut it parallel to the ground or a 45° angle.

Also they seem kind of sad, light green and leaves dropping. I'm guessing the light green is because of water necessities?

I know the flamboyan tree grows in hot and humid places but I also read they're pretty resilient. I have a grow light that has white, red, and blue and a timer.

Lastly should I be using a fan to simulate wind since it might lead to a stronger branch??

They died, but Im not giving up :p still have a couple more seeds and going to try something different!

Add your location to your profile. Not because we're stalkers, but because it will impact what advice we will offer.

Any specific reason why you are germinating under grow lights? (hence my question about your location)
